Meet Aria
Aria has always loved learning. When she was in elementary school, she carried around a Biology textbook and would re-read her favorite sections (zoology and botany) each day. As a teenager, she was already diving into the DSM front to back. And as an adult, she continues to indulge her curiosity daily by learning about many topics (including but not limited to: plants, animals, the stars, the deep sea, neuroscience, music, art, philosophy, and the magnificent and ridiculous human race).
Aria credits this sense of curiosity and wonder to what has helped her heal from trauma and engage in deep self-discovery. Coincidentally, her curiosity paired with deep empathy also makes for a fantastic therapist!
Aria has worked in therapeutic settings for nearly ten years now, and is nearing the completion of her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the hopes of becoming an LPC-Associate in May 2026.
Currently, she is a proud student intern of Vervewell Counseling—a therapy group that believes in therapy as self-care for people from all walks of life. She is especially passionate about working with clients who are trauma survivors, working through grief, late-diagnosed with autism, and teen girls.
Through Vivere Disce, Aria is loudly and joyfully sharing her knowledge, curiosities, and professional opinions to help you learn to live a better life.

What Sets Me Apart
Love of Learning
My love of learning extends to my clients. It is an incredible privilege to dive deep into people’s hearts, minds, and souls with them! The more I know about you, the more I can help offer guidance to your own unique path. And I’m eager to learn.
Values-Oriented
We all have unique values that are most important to us. Living in alignment with what is most important to you is essential to a meaningful life. I make it a priority to discover your values and bring them to the surface.
Companioning Approach
I’m not the expert on your life—you are. As a therapist, I avoid being hyper-clinical, overly traditional, and too diagnosis-focused. You’re a whole human! I’m here to walk alongside you and offer you perspective.
